Pieni hallitila, n. 98 m² . Tilaan kuuluu eteisaula, suuri wc sekä siivouskomero (yht.105 m²). Hallitilan vapaa korkeus on noin 2,5 m ja suurin korkeus noin 3,4 m. Tilaan on lukittava paljeovi eteisaulan kautta. Soveltuu esimerkiksi hyvin toimisto-, toimistohotelli/toimisto-, myymälä-, näyttely-, varasto- tai työtilaksi. Halutessa myös koirahallitoimintaa voi jatkaa ja varusteet voidaan sisällyttää vuokrasopimukseen.

Tällä hetkellä kvartsivinyylilattian päällä on helposti poistettava, uivarakenteinen keinonurmi (tilassa on toiminut koirien harjoitteluhalli, tarvittaessa matto poistetaan ja tilat siivotaan koira-allergeenivapaaksi vuokrasopimuksen synnyttyä).

 

Tilassa on vesikeskuslämmityspatterit ja tehokas koneellinen tulo-ja poistoilmanvaihto lämmön talteenotolla. Tilassa ei ole lattiakaivoja. Tilaan on saatavissa nopea valokuituyhteys.1000 m²:n asfaltoitu piha on käytettävissä asiakaspaikoitukseen muiden vuokralaisten kanssa. Tiloja voidaan muokata vuokralaisen toiveiden pohjalta.

The small  hall space is approx. 98 m² and a large toilet and a cleaning closet (105 m² in total). The free height of the hall space is about 2.5 m and the maximum height is about 3.4 m. The space has a double door and a vestibule. At the moment, the quartz vinyl floor is covered with an easily removable, floating artificial grass (the premises used to be a dog training hall, now used as a warehouse. If necessary, the carpet will be removed and the premises will be cleaned dog-allergen-free after the lease is signed).

The property has oil heating, mechanical intake and exhaust ventilation. No floor drains. Suitable for example as an office, office hotel/office, shop, exhibition room, warehouse or work space.
